Generalised assurances don't cut it. What may help is if you select an article that needs improvement and post, here, substantial and well (reliable) sourced text. See WP:FIRST, WP:RS and WP:CITE. Just Chilling (talk) 23:32, 24 February 2017 (UTC)

They are a paid editor involved in spamming Wikipedia so I am not inclined to see them unblocked. I see tons of spam like this[1] Companies pay people to add spam links to Wikipedia and it is a huge waste of time to continually clean up.
