Spam in Close Guantanamo Flotilla

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Close Guantanamo Flotilla, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Close Guantanamo Flotilla is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.

I'm afraid that the article was blatant advertising; comments like "Join the Flotilla", "Invite your friends", "HTML banners are available in various sizes and languages" meant that the article was overly promotional in tone. A secondary concern is that the article also failed to assert any notability whatsoever (i.e. references to independent third party sources).
