Hi. The layout, style and lack of wiki links often point to cut-and-pastes of existing text. A quick Google search verified that this is indeed original content; my apologies for the error. However, it reads like an essay instead of an encyclopedia article. It also lacks citations as to the importance of the organization. It may be even be deleted as an ad. I won't delete it again, but I will tag it with some alerts so that other editors might help clean things up. WP:YFA can explain more.
