Stoke Streetcar edit

Hi, nice article considering it's not definite yet. The route diagram makes a point of highlighting University Boulevard as encompassing Stoke station etc but this isn't explained in the article. And can you explain one thing to me, where is the new City Business District in terms of streets etc? I'm a Stokie born and bred but haven't lived there for the almost 30 years i.e. the Potteries Way is after my time, so although I get back sometimes to watch Stoke I don't go to Hanley much. So is this new district down Broad Street, Lichfield Street, Regent Road? Thanks NtheP (talk) 09:28, 2 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the info. I remember Unity House being built let alone demolished :-) NtheP (talk) 15:33, 2 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Metrolink edit

While your edits are helpful the status is every line (except Trafford and East Didsbury-Stockport TC) is actively under construction not just proposed (for example even 2016 opening Airport line has had site clearance works taking place this month), also it seems odd to add duplicates for the East Manchester and South Manchester lines, they are extensions so shouldnt appear twice though their could be two South Manchester line entries for the routes to Airport and East Didsbury. WatcherZero WatcherZero (talk) 22:33, 19 October 2010 (UTC)(talk) 22:30, 19 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

I'm not clear why you've removed the East Manchester line's 'previous' and 'next' station information where it referred to Droylsden as the terminus. I deliberately duplicated this information to make it clear, at a glance, that the initial destination will be Droylsden but eventually the line will be extended. This is no longer obvious at (for example) New Islington Metrolink station.--Peeky44 What's on your mind? 20:48, 23 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

I will make it straightforward. The use of this icon violates the term restrictions on location stated in Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria policy. Which means you must remove this image from the ROUTE project page and should not use it further on other pages, these include any NR-related pages like NR railway routes or NR stations, except National Rail itself. Please familiarize with the related policies and guidelines and continue your fruitful contributions. Cheers. -- Sameboat - 同舟 (talk) 01:28, 4 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
