Vandalism removal

Hi, just contacting you about the Thomas and Friends Season 10 article and the material removed. The material removed was entirely speculative, and by its own admission based on no actual evidence. That article has become a bit of a thorn in the sides of several people due to the amount of false and speculative information added (see the History page for that article). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.104.54.158 (talkcontribs)

Question

Hi, I was just sort of wondering how do some users, like yourself, get those tags that say stuff like "This user is an english speaker" or "this user is a lost fan". Stuff like that. Do you guys make them yourself? Amaas120 00:29, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

Why I didn't block

You listed * 67.80.232.28 on AIV, quite reasonably. I chose not to block, as the vandalism had apparently stopped (no edits from 1:02 to 1:12). However, if it continues, please do list it back on AIV (with no further warnings) and I will block. Thanks for your work! JesseW, the juggling janitor 01:17, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

No problem at all. I'll keep checking. Thanks for giving me the heads up. Regards, --Alphachimp talk 01:19, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

Your 26 May 2006 Reverting of Wright Amendment

I had modified the sentence about the proposed Nebraska Wright Amendment exemption bill because (a) I think that having that sentence end simply with "will open up Nebraska" assumes that the bill's enactment is inevitable and (b) I think that the use of the term "recently" is not necessary, given that the sentence comes right after descriptions of the 1997 Shelby Amendment and the 2005 exemption of Missouri from Wright. If this is indeed vandalism, I am very sorry to have committed it. -- 68.85.203.233 08:24, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

Tone's RfA thanks

Dear Alphachimp/Archive 2 — Thank you for your support on my recent RfA. It succeeded with a final tally of 46/2/3 so now I am an administrator. I'll be taking things slowly at first and getting used to the new tools, but please let me know if there's any anything I can help you with in the future. And please correct me, if you spot I make a mistake. Thank you again. --Tone 23:48, 26 May 2006 (UTC))

Quite frankly, I don't know that much about pictures in Wikipedia. I would suggest checking out Wikipedia:Picture_tutorial. Let me know if you have any more questions.
This comment is mirrored on both my talk page and your talk page. --Alphachimp talk 02:20, 27 May 2006 (UTC)

Blnguyen's RfA

File:Atlanticpuffin4.jpg Hello Alphachimp. Thank you for your full support and gracious comment at my request for adminship which ended at the overwhelming and flattering result of (160/1/0), and leaves me in a position of having to live up to a high standard of community expectation. You can see me in action (anything unusual??!?) and observe what then happened as a result. If you need admin assistance, feel free to ask me. Naturally, if I make any procedural mistakes, feel free to point them out. I look forward to working with you in the future, hopefully as an admin. Blnguyen | Have your say!!! 03:03, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
