(reply) You'll need to forward a copy of the permission (either an e-mail or a scan of the letter) to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, and I'll undelete the images, and add a special note which will confirm we've received a copy of the permission. The permission you've received will need to explicitly permit commercial use and derivative works, and a specific licence, such as the GFDL licence or the Creative Commons Attribution licences.
