A userpage is a special page for you to write a bit about yourself, your interests and your goals as they relate to editing Wikipedia. It is also a place where you are supposed to disclose conflicts of interest and paid contributions, which I believe applies to you. Thank you for letting me know, I have since created my user page and put the contents of the sandbox in there. Hopefully this helps resolve the issue but please let me know if you need anything else at the time.
