User talk:Adam mugliston/Southampton edit

Hi, why did you just create a page on my userspace, which you immediately speedy deleted?  Adam mugliston  Talk  14:45, 24 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi, no problem. I was just wondering why, as you created a page just to delete it. Nothing got deleted, as you didn't place the tag properly. Do you need any help? I can show you all the basics, to get you started.  Adam mugliston  Talk  14:51, 24 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
OK. Just remember to sign your posts with a ~~~~  Adam mugliston  Talk  14:55, 24 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
It's all alright now, but please don't do more complicated things, when you're new. Try creating an article, but first check with a more experienced editor, whether the subject is notable or not, to avoid you getting the article you created deleted. Try having a look at WP:Your first article and WP:Creating an article. And remember to sign your post with 4 tildes (~~~~)!  Adam mugliston  Talk  19:49, 24 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletions edit

You clearly don't understand how speedy deletions work. I suggest you stop adding them immediately and concentrate on learning about Wikipedia and how to be an editor before (incorrectly) tagging article talk pages for deletion, when I assume you actually mean to nominate the articles themselves. Having looked at the articles you have tagged none of them, with the possible exception of PET/MRI are speedy candidates and even that one is borderline. You need to read Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion --Simple Bob a.k.a. The Spaminator (Talk) 15:03, 24 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

I must say I agree, although maybe a politer note would be more appropriate. Please do not try to take revenge on everyone else, just because someone deleted an article your created.  Adam mugliston  Talk  15:07, 24 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 17:21, 24 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Help please edit

I was thinking of creating an article in Wikipedia, but its about an Indian chenda troop

  1. REDIRECT chenda

, is it ok to do so? Alexabraham22da (talk) 10:59, 25 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

You will need to show that the troop is notable enough for a Wikipedia article. To do this you will need to include references to reliable sources that show the troop passes one or more of the conditions set out at WP:BAND. -- John of Reading (talk) 16:34, 25 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Notability of Birkenhead Drishyakala (Chenda) edit

You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.

The article Birkenhead Drishyakala (Chenda) has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Favonian (talkcontribs) 14:57, 31 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

August 2011 edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to delete or edit legitimate talk page comments, as you did at User talk:Gurt Posh, you may be blocked from editing. Gurt Posh (talk) 10:43, 2 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did at Birkenhead Boys, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Gurt Posh (talk) 10:44, 2 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
