Image without license edit

Unspecified source/license for File:Ganjamarsh.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Ganjamarsh.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 10:01, 5 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

Ways to improve Opinion polling for the 2012 Serbian parliamentary election edit

Hello, Aleksamil,

Thanks for creating Opinion polling for the 2012 Serbian parliamentary election! I edit here too, under the username Rosguill and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:-

The article should use the standard citation style, which produces a reference list, rather than just including links in the article body to the relevant polls.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Rosguill}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Democratic Community of Serbia edit

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I reinstated the redirect on Democratic Community of Serbia. The article you added is unsourced, and could probably be better presented by being merged into the Serbian Radical Party article. Your article is still in the page history, and you can copy the info you added over from there. If you disagree with me or have any other issues, feel free to leave me a talk page message. Thanks, Nathan2055talk - contribs 08:24, 11 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Nathan2055:There is coverage in several independent articles I planned on adding later, and I feel WP:NEXIST is satisfied. However, some are already listed on the party leader's own page (Obren Joksimović, obviously notable, he served as Health Minister). Perhaps redirecting to him/merging the article with his page would be more appropriate? Regards, Aleksamil (talk) 11:19, 11 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Insertcleverphrasehere: Thanks! It does have a lot more info, and I plan to translate it a bit later. I'm putting it off because I plan on trying to find some better sources than the Italian wiki has to offer right now.--Aleksamil (talk) 20:33, 6 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
Aleksamil, Good stuff, there really is no rush, oven it will be a while before someone gets around to reviewing the DYK, and you have one solid hook already. Glad I could help get this article up on the main page. — Insertcleverphrasehere (or here)(click me!) 20:43, 6 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

When I went to assess this article, my first thought was that it was a translation of the French one. Then I found that there was no French one. Great work. Hawkeye7 (discuss) 00:54, 24 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for June 27 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Dragan Aleksić, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bunić (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Orphaned non-free image File:Stranka slobode i pravde.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Stranka slobode i pravde.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:49, 14 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

File source problem with File:Mirjana Marković.webp edit

Thank you for uploading File:Mirjana Marković.webp. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Anarchism edit

Hi Aleksamil,

I saw your work on articles related to anarchism and wanted to say hello, as I work in the topic area too. If you haven't already, you might want to watch our noticeboard for Wikipedia's coverage of anarchism, which is a great place to ask questions, collaborate, discuss style/structure precedent, and stay informed about content related to anarchism. Take a look for yourself!

And if you're looking for other juicy places to edit, consider expanding a stub, adopting a cleanup category, or participating in one of our current formal discussions.

Feel free to say hi on my talk page and let me know if these links were helpful (or at least interesting). Hope to see you around. czar 16:45, 28 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

on the topic of people who don't communicate edit

While I'm at it, I'm going to mention this - we have an editor User:SrpskiAnonimac who apparently doesn't speak English well enough to communicate about policy violations. I've tried to reach out numerous times, once writing to him in Croatian asking him to respond in any way possible, to no avail. Recently it escalated into a removal of a redirect permission and even a temporary block. He's since come back, but hasn't been talking to anyone it seems. Maybe you could reach out to him in Serbian, and/or in some other forum? --Joy (talk) 19:57, 28 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Joy He seems to be doing similar stuff on Serbian Wiki and is similarly unresponsive there. I don't think it's a language issue. Aleksamil (talk) 20:10, 28 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
