i think this article is a joke, quotes taken here are carefully chosen to degrade nairs Its beyond doubt that nairs are Kshatriyas( going by the caste system) who were designated shudras by the nambudiris, Nambudiris are rig vedic brahmins who believe that the Kshatriya race was wiped out completely by Parashurama in the treta yuga

Almost every ruling clan has nair ancestry, until 13 century ,the Travancore royals were known as the "nayars of venad"
This article seems to be needlessly pointing out to hyper gamy and polyandry which is unimportant these practices and perversions were common even amongst other castes . Nair customs include Thiruvathira kali, velakali,etc which hasn't been touched upon and also the title handed over to them for service in the army and governance were never mentioned The opening seems to be classifying Nairs as some sort of militia like the LTTE where as in reality nairs formed the ruling ,land owning ,martial nobility and few others formed kayasthas (accountants)
Mr sitush keep your caste aspirations to yourself, because i think that seems to be your motive by putting up some naked pictures, "nair women shave their armpit...."do these things deserve a metion in lead page or do you mean to say that other caste ladies never cared for personal hygiene? And what about the attire of women from other castes? you page on them doesn't mention anything about the attire of those people!! Hey how are you?
I see that you have also noticed that there has been constant vandalism of the Nair page by lower caste Malayalis and Tamils. I ask for your help in this issue as the vandals of the article are primarily moderators who are just banning whoever they do not agree with. The moderators are also of vellalar and ezhava caste. On the Nair page, I noticed that the "sources" for the majority are from self sourced opinions of Western and Christian anthroplogists. I also sourced one of the pictures to find that it is of a Irula tribeswoman. The vandalism of the article is pretty obvious, and I ask you to join me in solving this issue.
