However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. WP:OFFER might be the most appropriate thing here. If you were not clear on the copyright policies here on the English Wikipedia, why was it not addressed in February 2014 after the first warning? You received 26 subsequent warnings over the course of the next year and a half. To me, each of these series of warnings are "chances". A preventative block after so many warnings would not have been unjustified quite some time ago. Hello everyone around tow years now since my last edit here. I learned a lot about Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects in this time, I'm not going explain what I did before because I know 100% it was a big mistake, but I think everyone deserves a second chance. I'm going to work on a project to translate many articles about Women into many languages, so we should start to improve the English version of the articles first. I hope I can do that with the whole team.

• • Hi Yamla, I don't have a lot of words to say but, I know that I made a huge mistake or I can say one of the most stupid and humiliated thing I ever did. As you know the past can't be changed, forgotten, edited, or erased, but I'm sure 100% that I have learned so much from my mistakes.
