Natalie Ni Shi edit

Hi Adversec. I see you've added another reference to "Natalie Ni Shi" with this edit . As I posted at Talk:Natalie Ni Shi#Bare urls, etc., non-English references that satisfy WP:RS can be used per WP:NONENG. Such references are, however, difficult to verify so it helps if you fill in as many of the {{cite web}} template parameters as follows. Please refer to WP:CITEHOW to see what kind of information should generally be included when you cite a source. The more information you can provide the better since this helps prevent something called link rot. In addition, it also helps others verify the reliability of the source if you can provide a translation of the text in it source which supports the statement in the article. Finally, formatting a non-English source can be a little tricky the first time you do it. You should look at "Foreign language and translated title" in Template:Cite web#Examples as well as Template:Cite web#Title and Template:Cite web#Quote to see how it's usually done. I don't mind helping do the formatting and clean up, but I don't understand Chinese. - Marchjuly (talk) 11:11, 22 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Talk back: Hi, Marchjuly, thank you very much for your kind information. It was great timing that I was about to leave you a message on how to properly cite and translate. I would love to translate, although not very good at it. Looking forwards to work with you together better this cite! Adversec (talk) 11:28, 22 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
I'll try and help where I can, but please remember we are all volunteers and there is no deadline. If you're translating stuff yourself and you want some ideas on how to get proceed or find others who can help, then look at WP:TRANSLATION and Wikipedia:Translators available. If what you're translating is another Wikipedia article, then you need to add {{translated page}} to the article's talk page for copyright reasons per WP:CWW#Translating from other language Wikimedia Projects. - Marchjuly (talk) 12:21, 22 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
