Image without license edit

Unspecified source/license for File:Dtpour.jpg edit

Not quite sure which is applicable here. I did indeed create the image myself using a screenshot, so that is how I have marked the copyright. However it is also a direct quotation from someone else, and so seems to be legitimate according to Wikipedia:Quotations. As there seem to be two independent routes to legitimacy, I am not sure if I should assert one, the other, or both...
