Hello. Thanks for the message. I've taken a quick look at the recent edits and think that most, if not all of the citation requests should be restored. In short, letters read in public or the mention that photographs were taken (particularly when they are not featured) in no way meets WP:V. Moreover, the guidelines also advise against the use of the subject's own website as a reference (see WP:SPS). I would recommend the restoration of each request that has been replaced by sources that fail the guidelines. I think mentioning the guidelines in the associated edit summary would help.
