Hi A minor editor! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Human that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Thank you for informing me of this, Tol. I thought that by 'minor' it meant small edits. Like changing spelling, adding a word or two, or fixing a sentence. You are most helpful, good sir/madam. Or should I say, "good human"? I think I should. Because I just did :0 :). Once again, many thanks. What is the page in question?
Yours most thankfully,
A Minor Editor
PS: I've just had a thought... I'm not so much a 'minor' editor now, am I? More like a mixed editor... Do excuse my habit of writing down my alleged train of thought, good human. I say 'alleged', because I toy with humour on a daily basis. You don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out what that has to do with my previous sentences. Far from it, in fact. Enough! I must stop talking, otherwise I shall be the death of you.

No problem! I've moved this back to your talk page, because I like to keep discussions in one place (it's easier to read and to keep track of). Also, when editing talk pages (like this one), please add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your comment to sign it. You've make a few edits to pages which were mistakenly marked as minor — to see your contributions, you can go to Special:Contribs/A minor editor. Thanks!

Thank you, Tol! You're a wonderful person, you know. I do like your personality. Very helpful, kind, caring, and jovial. I will follow up on my mistakes when I get time. Thank you very much for being so helpful! How are you doing right now? Sorry, but I am the sort of person who knows no conversation, only interrogation. In other words, my conversations, in real life at least, are almost entirely made up of questions and some answers. Am I supposed to simply put the tidles - or whatever you called them - and then my username? Or something else?

You're welcome. I'm doing well. As you can probably see, the tildes have turned into your username and a timestamp; you can just sign with them. Tol (talk | contribs) @ 20:22, 19 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
