A tag has been placed on Labrador Dali, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. You have to show how the band are notable by Wikipedia standards. This means (for example) that they have been significantly mentioned in third-party, reliable sources, such as newspapers, magazines, or major web sites. - The sandbox gets "cleaned out" on a regular basis so you wouldn't want to put any important work there. A better idea would be to create a subpage of your user page and work on it there — for example, User:AMyth74/Labrador Dali.
