Please stop your disruptive editing, such as the edit you made to Template:Hispanic and Latino Americans. If your vandalism continues, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Kman543210 (talk) 16:50, 18 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please discuss your edits edit

Hey, there. If you haven't, already, please take a moment to review Wikipedia's introduction for new users. I notice you seem to be getting into an edit war; please instead make appropriate use of talk pages to build support for your position and achieve consensus regarding the most appropriate page versions. Thanks. – Luna Santin (talk) 20:03, 18 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Let me be a little more clear: consensus does not support your edits. Under Wikipedia's three-revert rule, any user who makes more than three reverts at a page in less than 24 hours is subject to immediate blocking; you've made four reverts at Latino (demonym) in the past few hours, and are already past that "electric fence." As you weren't warned about this rule, I'm not going to report you at this time -- however, if you continue reverting I will report you to uninvolved administrators, who will probably block you. Please instead discuss your edits and try to establish consensus, it will work out better in the long run.Luna Santin (talk) 20:16, 18 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
I've started a thread for your convenience at Talk:Latino (demonym)#987a123. I don't like to be so forceful, but I must stress that you will almost surely be blocked if you ignore this message and continue reverting. The talk page is there precisely to avoid this sort of situation. – Luna Santin (talk) 20:21, 18 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
