- The park should probably be included on the DAB since "Landseer" is the specific part of the place name, similar to the fact that Christchurch Park is listed at Christchurch (disambiguation) and Hyde Park (disambiguation) is listed in the see also section of Hyde. - See WP:PARTIAL: Do not add a link that merely contains part of the page title, or a link that includes the page title in a longer proper name, where there is no significant risk of confusion between them. This would seem to suggest that Christchurch Park should not be listed on the Christchurch disambiguation page either. - For placenames those that have a specific part are usually added to DAB pages, in this case "Landseer" is the specific part (like "Carolina") so should be listed on the Landseer DAB but not the "Park" DAB. The same logic applies to the surname holders (except probably Edwin) are also PTMs but can still go on the DAB but if you think it should go in the see also section (like Hyde Park) then I'm fine with that.
