@Berean Hunter: - I think we have block evasion by this IP at 148.252.129.14 (talk · contribs · WHOIS). The IP doesn't geolocate fully but it's the exact same editing pattern to the same sole article. GiantSnowman 16:44, 22 December 2019 (UTC)

GS, this is possible but not certain enough for a block. Instead, I've semi'd the article for one month due to repeated addition of unsourced material.
