You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but many editors recommend that you create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits such as the ability to create articles. October 2010 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page South London and Maudsley NHS Trust has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.youtube.com/user/slamnhsft/. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 15:36, 12 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Bethlem Royal Hospital do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Maudsley Hospital. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it.

Welcome - please read the manual! edit

Hi there, I get the sense this account is being used by someone at SLAM. I used to work at the Institute of Psychiatry and contributed some of the content on the Maudsley article too (including the photo!). While it is admirable that you are getting involved in Wikipedia, you are currently going about it the wrong way. Please familiarize yourself with the guidelines set by Wikipedia, for instance make content encyclopedic. The most recent addition about "things you can do for mental health" are inappropriate for an encyclopedia. There also appear to be chunks of text copied from SLAM's website; this is a copyright violation and will probably get reverted pretty quickly. I would recommend as a first step making a real account with an attributed username describing who you are and your role at SLAM; this will make your edits more credible and people will be more helpful. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help, best wishes --PaulWicks (talk) 19:59, 12 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

June 2013 edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add soapboxing, promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, you may be blocked from editing. Theroadislong (talk) 13:17, 4 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
