78.33.0.0/19 is an enormous address range to block, for presumably the actions of a few users. It's a large fraction of an ISP, affecting many different organisations, with no publicly visible reason given. 78.33.10.10 (talk) 11:38, 15 November 2023 (UTC) There appear to be far more constructive edits than abusive ones from this range.
