Welcome edit

Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages you might like to see:

You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. If you edit without a username, your IP address (70.91.35.27) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on this page. Again, welcome! Mr Sampson edit

Just to close the loop on our previous discussion about the WDW carrousel. Mr Sampson has identified himself and his Disney background. Thought you'd be interested. SpikeJones (talk) 02:44, 25 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I knew who he was. He writes for me.

Ghost in the Machine (the Police album) edit

Thanks for the recent cleanup job on this article. I contributed some of the POV wording to that section back when I was still trying to get a feel for Wikipedia editing, and hadn't gotten back to cleaning up that particular section since. You did a nice job of clearing out the worst bits.--Martin IIIa (talk) 19:35, 6 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Paul McCartney edit

Hi, I'm not sure what you were doing with your edits here, here and here; or here.

On the first three: please don't edit archives talk pages. It says that right at the top: "This is an archive of past discussions. Do not edit the contents of this page. If you wish to start a new discussion or revive an old one, please do so on the current talk page." By editing the archive, you're getting two things wrong. First, the archive is supposed to represent a history of the talk that appeared on the talk page. By adding new messages, you're undermining that. More importantly for you though, an archive is not a page that is monitored for issues on an article. No one is going to see and respond to your issues if you don't put them on the talk page itself; the archive is just history.

On the last one: you seem to have been trying to add a comment of your own but have also added several ascibed to other people (maybe copied from an archive?). Don't do that. Please add only your own comment. You can always point to (by linking) archived discussions; and quote brief snippets if that helps; but don't do a big text dump like this. Zhang Weili edit

Hello, I have reverted your edit. When it is official and support with independent reliable source then add then back and NOT until then. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 13:52, 5 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

What edit are you talking about? I think you're talking to the wrong person, I've never been on that page in my life. Please explain. 70.91.35.27 (talk) 20:40, 10 September 2019 (UTC)TimReply
