Request reason:

The reasoning behind the repeal on this block would basically be that this is a shared IP address across a whole school district. This includes a gradeschool, highschool, and a Board of Education. It would be really helpful if it wasn't blocked until March. :)

I'm sure that is frustrating, but it does nothing to assure us that the six year long recurrent problem of vandalism from this IP will cease if the block is lifted early.
