Hi there, just as a friendly note you can't just delete an AfD tag, unlike a PROD tag. If you would like to participate in the discussion on the notability of this academic I would suggest following the link in the AfD tag to the AfD discussion and participating there by demonstrating notability. Otherwise find references that meet the standards of WP:RS with specific attention to WP:FRINGE and improve the article in a manner demonstrating notability. Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button
