Personal attacks

edit

Please refrain from personal attacks, they are a violation of Wikipedia community guidelines. As noted in WP:No personal attacks, "Repeated or egregious personal attacks may lead to sanctions including blocks or even bans". Your comment on my talk page that I "should be apprehended before furthering poisoning this Wikipedia community with your hate and bias" constitutes an egregious personal attack. However, I see from your edit history that you generally try to make constructive edits, so I will not be seeking any sanctions on you at this time. For an update on how I have handled the IRS inflows/outflow reporting proposal, see my response to your personal attack: User talk:Jaydavidmartin#American families plan. —Jaydavidmartin (talk) 02:00, 1 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Also note that you IP address will be blocked from editing Wikipedia if you do not stop your social media-type bad bahavior. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not social media. We don't attack or wildly accuse other editors. We don't share our personal opinions in article space, including in edit summaries. If you have a political axe to grind, please seek an outlet elsewhere on the Web, or off it.--Quisqualis (talk) 06:04, 1 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
For the record, more personal attacks here [1]. Seems to be a bit of a pattern if you read this user's edit history. DrIdiot (talk) 07:49, 27 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

ANI notice

There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.PohranicniStraze (talk) 03:43, 27 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

IP 68.132.114.72, your ANI case is here: WP:ANI#Apparent legal threat at Bernard Kouchner. ANI is the "Administrators' Noticeboard" at Wikipedia; administrators are empowered to issue WP:BLOCKs and other sanctions, and will be looking at this situation. If you wish to support or defend your actions, you may do so at the linked discussion. Mathglot (talk) 04:07, 27 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
Well, not anymore, as it seems you were rapidly blocked. To appeal your block, follow the instructions given below. A bit of friendly advice: given the tenor of your recent edit summaries, I'd give it a least 24 to 48 hours before attempting an appeal, just to let things quiet down a bit. If you do decide to appeal, it's to your advantage to read and follow the advice in the linked guide to appealing blocks, as users who fail to understand the appeals process are regularly declined. Good luck, Mathglot (talk) 04:42, 27 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Unwarranted accusations of pedophilia against a living person

edit

Note: it looks like User:PohranicniStraze beat me to it, and has already brought you to ANI while I was composing this message.

I've warned you twice at the Bernard Kouchner article that your unfounded accusations of "pedophilia" against Bernard Kouchner risk getting you blocked or banned, but apparently you have doubled down. I'm tired of warning you, next step is WP:ANI, but this may be quicker, since you said yourself in your edit summary, "you probably won't be able to ban it [if] this article is reviewed by non-partisan editors", so let's just find out. I'll ask trusted admin User:Doug Weller to have a look, and if he's not active, I'll bring you to ANI.

There is a legitimate pedophilia scandal in the news in France and touching Kouchner's family, with another man, Olivier Duhamel being accused of sexually abusing his stepson, the twin brother of Camille Kouchner, daughter of Bernard Kouchner. The allegations you are making in the article are, however, false.

In your previous violation of Wikipedia policies in this edit of 02:45, 26 January 2022, , noted in the section above, you made allegations of pedophilia on the part of Bernard Kouchner in the article about him, adding three sources for this; none of them support this; neither France 24], nor Aeon, nor The Guardian. None of these sources support your allegations of support of pedophilia on the part of Bernard Kouchner.

In this edit of 03:17, 27 January 2022 you again added text stating that Bernard Kouchner "supports pedophilia" and "let his 14 year old stepson get raped", a violation of WP:BLP (since this is contentious, highly negative information about a living person), of WP:OR (because this is strictly your interpretation, imaginings, or made-up stories), and of WP:V (because your sources don't support the assertions about Bernard Kouchner you added to the article in WikiPedia's voice based on the three sources you added). Besides alleging cesnsorship in your edit summary ("you can't ban the truth...") you also attacked me as a "self-appointed censor" (a violation of WP:NPA).

Please do not add accusations against living persons in this article, or any article, as that is a very fast way of getting yourself blocked, or permanently banned, as I have twice tried to warn you. Thanks, Mathglot (talk) 03:54, 27 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Well, that was fast; good job, eagle-eyed admin at ANI! Doug, in case you land here and it isn't already obvious, IP 68 has been blocked for 6 months. Thanks, Mathglot (talk) 04:34, 27 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
