May 2010 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Rhinoceros, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • Cluebot produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Rhinoceros was changed by 64.251.51.135 (u) (t) making a minor change adding "!!!" on 2010-05-21T18:31:14+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 18:31, 21 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Hello, I'm Mlkj. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Monopoly (game) have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.   Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Hunger in the United States, you may be blocked from editing. KylieTastic (talk) 14:25, 5 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

February 2020 edit

Hello, I'm TK421bsod. I noticed that you recently removed content from Civil and political rights without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please refrain from attempting to make unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been disallowed by an edit filter. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 16:35, 6 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

ip has stopped vandalizing 64.251.51.135 (talk) 13:08, 14 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Given a history of vandalism stretching back more than a decade, I see no firm reason to believe this. Yamla (talk) 13:17, 14 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I am trying to edit Wikipedia from school, please unblock.

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. O Still Small Voice of Clam 16:13, 25 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Speaking on behalf of the school. This block was the result of vandalism, and I trust that no student at Ansonia Middle School will vandalize Wikipedia and if any student does they will be suspended from Wikipedia at school for a month.

Decline reason:

Unfortunately, I don't share your optimism. These attacks have been ongoing for more than a decade. Like just about all schools, the occasional student is going to test the boundaries. This block does not prevent anyone from reading. If they wish to edit, they'll need to create an account; WP:ACC is available for that. Yamla (talk) 17:31, 4 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
