APL functions

Query: What term do APL programmers use to refer to the entities defined in the article? Is there something more specific than "symbols"? Not knowing APL, I would call them "operators", but you say APL uses that term in a more specific manner. If you can answer this, I will feel comfortable (and shall) withdraw the AfD. --Cybercobra (talk) 18:53, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
