editI would agree that writings backed by fringe sources have little place in an encyclopedia. But, many of the referenced materials you removed are backed by legitimate sources like The Guardian. I will not revert, but removing them may bring credence to strange belief. Sometimes, putting it out there and dismissing is a better strategy. Just food for thought.
