What original research? The films I cited have the content I described. How is this "unpublished information"? And what constitutes "personal analysis"? I didn't express any emotional feelings, I just noted some prominent resemblances between films (and actresses).

Too, there are other places on the Internet noting "Hannie Caulder" as a precedent for "The Quick and the Dead". So I'm not just hallucinating. Given the strong resemblance of the latter film to the former, it would be misleading for people *not* to know about the former film.

If you let me know, say, how I can present the information I did, in a better form maybe, I'd like to see. I am certainly willing to learn, where I need to do so. I know Wikipedia is a collaborative community, after all.

Election

Hi,

It's a small detail, but the little girl's hair is not blonde. The Youtube clip you posted has less contrast and more brightness than the DVD version I'm watching, and is also distorted vertically. The girl's hair is a brownish ginger. Tracy is also only occasionally seen in a headband. My real objection is that the point is clear without these clumsy details: the girl's behaviour parallels Tracy's, and that's clear without describing her (brownish ginger) hair, or her headband.

Thanks for your observations. I guess there are different perceptions of color at different times. (As I said, "brownish-blonde" could be a description, not unlike the "brownish ginger" you mention.) ...I didn't think it hurt to mention a parallel I thought was there (blonde, or even the headband), but if people don't like it, then they don't.

Are you sure about this? I reduced the number of words in the plot to 700, as I've been doing literally for months now. What was the exact purported problem? The person whose words I either eliminated or truncated (by turning "ate a live rat" or whatever into "animal-abusing", which is shorter), is a violator, not I, I think. Huh? I saw the film "Emily" just yesterday, and I saw what I saw. She has her arm tattooed, she uses opium, etc. If there is any particular error, please let me know, but I don't recall anything I wrote being in error. If any of the timing is off (e.g., she used opium earlier or later in the film than I write about its being), please let me know. Thanks.
