Roma Street Parkland photos edit

Kev, I am sorry about the problem which I inadvertently caused regarding photos contributed to the Roma Street Parkland. I did not mean to do this. My reaction was caused by a misunderstanding on my part because all of my photos on the article were previously deliberately deleted by an anonymous user, who was of the opinion that they should not be on the page (please see the discussion regarding this on the Talk:Roma Street Parkland), and I unfortunately and regretably assumed that you had done the same — especially as you actually also deleted all of my photos on the page (apart from my photo of the sign), at the time when you added your photos to the article (I did not realise that you did not know about 'photo galleries' for articles at the time you added your images to the page).

I wrote a reply to you at Talk:Roma Street Parkland some time ago (on 25 June), in which I apologised to you, and asked you to keep contributing photos to Wikipedia articles (including the articles which I have donated photos to), but it appears that you did not check out the page after your final comment to me.

The reason why I am now trying to write to you personally is because your Roma Street Parkland photo Large Waterfall at the Roma St Parkland has been missing for some time now (perhaps it was accidentaly deleted by somebody), and (after waiting for several months for the photo to be returned), I have finally removed the blank frame which was left following the photo's deletion (the information about the photo is still on the article page (in edit mode) and can be returned to the page.

As I stated in my comment to you at Talk:Roma Street Parkland, I would like very much for you to keep contributing photos to Wikipedia. Figaro 18:15, 3 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
