April 2024 edit

Do not use multiple IP addresses to disrupt Wikipedia, like you did at Lilo & Stitch (upcoming film). Such attempts to avoid detection, circumvent policies or evade blocks or sanctions will not succeed. You are welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, but your recent edits have been reverted or removed. If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Block evasion, edit warring Geraldo Perez (talk) 02:57, 24 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked temporarily from editing for persistently making disruptive edits.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Ad Orientem (talk) 03:04, 24 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. However, please do not use unreliable sources such as blogs, wikis, personal websites, and websites and publications with a poor reputation for checking the facts or with no editorial oversight. These sources may express views that are widely acknowledged as pushing a particular point-of-view, sometimes even extremist, being promotional in nature, or relying heavily on rumors and personal opinions. One of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. If you require further assistance, please look at Help:Menu/Editing Wikipedia, or ask at the Teahouse. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 21:38, 26 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

  Please stop your disruptive editing.

Dude, are you serious? I've put sources that clearly say that Ritchie is not the director of Hercules anymore, and there are reliable sources though (and as I said before, it's been reportedly everywhere else, so you can also find another source if you don't like what I add) 190.21.185.245 (talk) 22:02, 26 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
Sources must meet Wikipedia's requirements, which have already been linked for you above. Blogs, social media posts, and selfpub YouTube videos do not meet these requirements. It is up to you to find proper sourcing to support your edits. MrOllie (talk) 23:15, 26 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I was blocked because I supposedly did "Disruptive Editing" or "Vandalism", maybe I insisted in something, but I didn't "vandalise" Wikipedia, besides, some users say that I change my IPs, when it is not thus, it changes alone, I don't know why, also, I would like to reply to a user in Wikipedia:Files for upload#Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore (soundtrack) cover to use the photograph in Draft:Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore (soundtrack) (it is protected though) 190.21.185.245 (talk) 04:20, 25 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

You aren't blocked for vandalism, you are blocked for disruptive editing and block evasion. Even if you aren't deliberately changing your IP, if you were blocked under any account or IP, you should not be editing at all until that original block is removed. You personally are blocked, not just the account or IP you happen to be on at any given moment. 331dot (talk) 08:55, 25 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

And what is the difference between vandalism and disruptive editing? I think that it is the same, as I said before, I didn't "vandalise" Wikipedia, I only added information to articles, but another users reverted my edits saying that it was "Disruptive editing" or "Vandalism" just because they didn't agree with what I wrote.

All vandalism is disruptive. Not all disruptive editing is vandalism. -Ad Orientem (talk) 23:18, 26 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
