May 2019: Jewish holidays

You're not wrong, exactly. But outside the Jewish world, and particular the religious world, that's not how people will think of Hanukkah or describe it.

See Hanukkah § Etymology. If you want to add a mention of this to the body text of this section, and can do so without going on at length, feel free.
