Request reason:

I went to a friend’s house and tried to edit Wikipedia, and realized that Wikipedia is IP blocked. Can someone help and unblock me? 100000tro (talk) 06:51, 18 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

In order to look into this, we need to know the IP address involved. If you do not want to post it publicly, you may use WP:UTRS to provide it privately. If your friend has a VPN on, it will need to be turned off, the browser cache cleared, and you will need to wait 24 hours. 331dot (talk) 07:17, 18 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

The ip is 112.119.245.32. 100000tro (talk) 13:42, 18 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Said IP is currently blocked under a CU block. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 13:44, 18 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
How do I get unbanned when I use the IP? I visit the place quite often due to family conflicts. 100000tro (talk) 05:37, 20 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Replaceable fair use File:Satoshi Tajiri 2016.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Satoshi Tajiri 2016.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification, per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 13:31, 1 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

June 2022 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Tennis (1984 video game), it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. I can't even keep track of all the problems you've created, nor separate out what you've done right. I have already wasted a lot of time reverting things while leaving edit messages that you've obviously ignored. I can't even begin to imagine how anyone could think up the idea of renaming Famicom to NES, but just absolutely stop it. Stop deleting metadata templates like {{vgrelease}} and other formatting. Stop adding your meaningless factoids of WP:OR or WP:FANCRUFT into lead sections or whatever. There are too many other problems to remember, all annoying, needless, and robotic. Users can be blocked for this.Smuckola(talk) 07:05, 26 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

I’m sorry, I don’t understand why you thought that I did original research, since I only changed formatting errors and some logic problems.100000tro (talk) 07:38, 26 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
That is not true. I just said you didn't only change that. How in the world did you not read anything I just said? How did you not just stop and review all your edits? How did you not look at the edit summaries of what I reverted? This is just insufferable. In this one alone, you destroyed formatting like I said, deleted a named reference, deleted the entire mention of the arcade platform, added broken grammar, and deleted a line feed. You need to stop editing until you learn how to edit, whatsoever. — Smuckola(talk) 09:15, 26 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
Oops my bad for that article100000tro (talk) 13:02, 26 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Blocked as a sockpuppet edit

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Tkgood per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Tkgood. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
