External links sections

Hi, I see you've been creating empty "External links" sections in several articles in order to place the Commons link there. This is not necessary, as MOS:LAYOUTEL states: "box-type templates (such as {{Commons category}}, shown at right) have to be put at the beginning of the last section of the article (which is not necessarily the "External links" section) so that boxes will appear next to, rather than below, the list items." Creating empty sections just for this boxlink is redundant and just adds unnecessary complexity to the article's layout. I'll be reverting some of your edits for those reasons.
