Kosovo-note

Hi, I am not disputing the importance of communicating the topic of Kosovo but is it really necessary to add this note to articles that only have tenuous connections to the subject? For example Bingen am Rhein and Edirne. After all if you follow the link to Kosovo the dispute topic is mentioned at the top of the article.--Traveler100 (talk) 07:47, 25 November 2012 (UTC)
