I'm Mary and I work for a medical supplies company in that specializes in prosthetic limbs and accessories. I'm often called "Mary Jane" because I've got red hair like the favorite comic book girlfriend in "Spider-Man," but otherwise I'm nothing like her (I don't even get to be "Mary Jane," because my middle name is Louise).
I'm a fan of horror and scifi novels, and like a wide variety of authors. Right now some of my favorite authors include Gary Braunbeck, Brian Keene, and Richard Laymon. I also like work by Stephen King and Nicholas Sparks. You tend to get some reading time when you're supervisor for second shift and there are no calls coming in for an hour or two at a time!
I took Communication in college and enjoy a sappy "chick flick" on a Friday night. I'm engaged with two cats (no, engaged to a tech support supervisor, not the cats!).
I got turned onto Wiki about a year ago when I was trying to answer an inter-office trivia contest for a free day off, and since then I always find myself lurking to see what new articles come up or if there are any that I could contribute to. I've only recently signed up, though, and wrote or edited a few articles here. Wiki's pretty extensive already, so there's not much to add! :P
