Hi I am a 2nd year student of Nanyang Technological University majoring in linguistics. I speak English, Mandarin Chinese, Korean(basic) and Italian (basic). However on the contrary to popular belief, as a linguistics student I study about languages, I do not study how to speak and write different languages.
I signed up for a Wikipedia account as I am taking a module called HG0252: Language Technology and the Internet which requires me to complete assignments here on Wikipedia. I have used Wikipedia several times prior to course to find out more about the world. However, this is the first time I am required to edit a Wikipedia page myself so I am excited for the upcoming assignments. I am not very knowledgeable in the technological field, hence if i should make any technological mistakes on this medium, may you pardon my inexperience. Thank you.
