Career
Elizabeth Vinelli's jewelry career began in 2008, when she was a costume designer in Puerto Rico. The inspiration of her first collection was inspired by a trip to Bali, Indonesia with Puerto Rican Designers Alison Ruiz & Grace Gonzalez from Karma NYC and her visit to John Hardy's Workshop. She created a full collection inspired by the Lotus seed that drew attention from critics. Encouraged by this early success, the designer pursued formal schooling in jewelry design. In 2009 Elizabeth Vinelli began designing jewelry for Vinelli in Puerto Rico launching her first collection "The Lotus" based on a seed found in Bali, Indonesia. Success followed by her Fiore Collection, one of the most selling and Piazza all demonstrating her passion for excellency, minimalism and elegance. Currently, Vinelli moved to New York where her inspiration continues and where the Vinelli website is re-design.

Vinelli has an infatuation with cowboy hats having a vast collection for Stetson hats. Her Stetson are called "her calling cards". Designers and other celebrities from the fashion industry say is her trademark.
Her fascination with Stetson hats started at an early age, when she began wearing them at age 7. She was raised in two worlds: the Peruvian side of the family and the influence of her Italian heritage, where the family raised horses for competition, wining very important worldwide events, having her first horse at 4. Personal life
In 1985 Vinelli married a Mechanical Engineer and well -respected General Contractor Carlos R. Perez Barrera in a black-and-beige pearl themed wedding. They have a beautiful son by the name of Carlos Perez Vinelli, educated at Loyola School.
