- Caspian blue is topic banned from editing all articles, article talk pages project pages, and project talk pages which the primary topic is the state, location or culture of Japan, Japanese relations, one or several Japanese nationals, or anything reasonably considered related to Japan. On articles where he is not so topic banned, Caspian blue is restricted from making edits in sections of articles concerning Japan, or making any edits on any article which address, mention, or imply relvance to Japan, Japanese nationals, or Japanese culture.
- Sennen goroshi and Caspian blue are banned from interacting with each other on their talkpages, except for neutrally-worded or templated notifications as required by policies and community norms;
- Caspian Blue and Sennen Goroshi are encouraged to avoid interacting with each other at article talk pages and projectspace pages (especially AN and ANI), to comment solely on content when avoiding each other is impossible, and to invite a neutral admin to step in if the other one crosses the line, and not respond themselves;
- Sennen Goroshi and Caspian Blue are specifically forbidden from starting any new AN, ANI, WQA, or similar threads about each other. Should such a thread be needed, they are required to find a neutral admin to handle the issue;
- All of the above may be enforced by escalating blocks.
