I was born in September 1976 and grew up in New York, USA. I moved to Manchester, in 2008, to study Astronomy, of which I continue today.

Some things I love:

• Musical theatre - especially the work of composer Stephen Sondheim and the songwriters Kander and Ebb and choreographer Bob Fosse.
• The writings and conlangs of JRR Tolkien, and Peter Jackson's film version of The Lord of the Rings.
• Mexican cuisine. Especially Taco in my hair!
• Mesopotamia and the Mesopotamia's descendant aka Modern Iraqis.

Some things I hate:

• Racism, sexism and homophobia.
• Musicals such as Hairspray, Cats etc.
