Txcrossbow is an experienced Wikipedia user, editor, and author. In her personal life, she lives life to the fullest. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She is also articulate, lively and very good-looking. Txcrossbow is also a survivor of Hurricane Isaac (2012) and Hurricane Ida (2012).

Background edit

Txcrossbow is not just your average smart-ass. She is an autodidactic polymath and certified Genius who came across Wikipedia in its infancy one day while surfing for information regarding an R&B music-related subject. After reading a couple of articles with inaccurate or missing content, she learned how to edit and got hooked on Wikipedia. She is the self-proclaimed sheriff of the grammar police. This talent comes in handy as many older articles related to music, particularly R&B and rap music, are still stubs, have been vandalized or new content was added without proper editing.

Focus edit

Until she started writing for Wikipedia, she had no idea just how much music trivia she had amassed. With a strong background in the urban music industry, she found it wonderful to be able to put that experience to use and assist others with finding information - no matter how obscure or menial. While on Wikipedia, Txcrossbow mainly focuses on:

  1. Reviewing new articles
  2. Writing new articles and helping expand stubs
  3. Assisting with removing "self-promoting" content on current music articles
