Thomas White (born 31, May 2005) is a New Zealand Long distance runner who competes in Cross Country, Athletics and Road Running who represents at a regional level for his home city of Wellington in Cross Country and Athletics. Notable accomplishments are winning the 400m and 800m at Wellington Junior track and Field Champs with times of 2:12 and 58.9 at the age of twelve in 2018 beating the two legends of local athletics Alex Martin and Jonah Seeds, Represented wellington at Inter regional Cross country champs From 2014-17, And in 2018 represented

Born and raised on the North island of New Zealand, White had a diagnosed with a racing heart at age 8. He underwent an operation to treat his condition, and began his Junior Athletic Career Running for Onslow, before signing with Olympic Harriers at age 6 in 2011. After winning his first trophy, thee Olympic under 9 most improved, during his first season in Olympic, he helped the 7 boys 4x100 to win two successive gold medals in the Wellington Junior Champs and the 7 boys 200m. By age 9 he had paved his way into his 1st inter regional team In 2016, White was the subject of the most controversial win in Colgate games history In the grade 12 mixed medley relay white running two grades up went on to secure third place until Masterton and Palmerston North both went and got disqualified to hand them gold. In 2017 he went to Aims Game, The Wellington Marathon and The Rimutaka Rail Trail Road Race coming 21st in the XC race at Aims and 4th in the 10km road race at Wellington Marathon as well as coming 6th in the Rimutaka Race. all doing these for the second time in 2017,

In 2018 so far he has had a successful year coming fourth at the grand traverse second at Wellington Junior Champs in the 400m and 800m at Mcevedy he got second in the 400m at Mcevedy.

Thomas (Tommy) White, is a student at Wellington College in 9KW previously going to Raroa Intermediate School and Cashmere Avenue School. He lives in the wealthy north east side in Khandallah in Calcutta street

Tempo Run: from Nairville park make your way down Swansea street onto Ngatoto street and down Khandallah road until the roundabout at the bottom of the road head toward Crofton Downs and head down the Trellisick park track until you reach the top of the gorge and then head down Kenya street until the roundabout where you take a right onto Khandallah road and continue until cockayne road flush median and take a right over the hill and reach you destination. 8.5k

Winter Warmer: from Nairnville park make your way up to the Piwakawaka Track and down onto old Porirua road and down into Trellisick park, at the mouth of the gorge head up onto the Bridle track until Calcutta street and head over the hill and then down the street until the bottom and you have finished. 7k
