Ting Ying Wu is a bassist from Taiwan. Ms. Wu started her music career from the college. She came to Boston in summer 2012, and received her Master Degree from The Boston Conservatory in 2014. In addition to double bass performance, she is not only interested in the development of the classical, but also devotes to extending Taiwanese traditional culture, art and music education. She had been invited to perform several Taiwanese folk songs and share Taiwanese culture in music with the symphony orchestra of NUTN (National University of Tainan, Taiwan) in University of British Columbia in Canada for an academic exchange in 2010. Now, Ms. Wu is a current student in Isaiah Jackson's "The Future of Classical Music" Class at Longy School of Music, perusing the Graduate Performance Diploma for double bass.
