About edit

I am Timothy Titus, a semi-retired editor on the English Wikipedia, active for 16 years from September 2006 to September 2022. I have not left the project, but have now considerably reduced my involvement, due to other demands. When here, I try to improve the grammar of articles on all topics, but I also bring a measure of expertise to articles on subjects including railways, Christianity, Freemasonry, world travel, and education. Like many editors, I also like to tinker with the articles concerning places I have lived (I move quite often, due to my work), and organisations of which I have been a member (quite a few, as I am a 'joiner'). As at January 2021 I had made over 12,700 edits to the English Wikipedia (and over 13,100 globally), and I was the project's 7,643rd most prolific editor.

Countries edit

I have visited the following countries and autonomous states:

Additionally...
  • I have also visited the Republic of Užupis, though bizarrely Wikipedia does not provide a flag icon for this fine nation (perhaps because its flag changes seasonally).

Target countries

I plan to visit these countries and self-governing territories next (circumstances permitting):

  1.   Albania
  2.   Greenland
  3.   Serbia
  4.   Svalbard
  5.   Turkey

For your many hours spent watching old episodes of Hill Street Blues, to bring precise detail to the wikipedia article, identify all the precincts, highlight character promotions, expand the character lists, and enter almost all the episode plot guides - well done.
