Wikipedia should not be confused with an encyclopedia. While there are people here producing educational content, the pointless whining about other people, power games and political squabbles, punishment complex, the people with apparently infinite time to devote to attacking people and beliefs they dislike are the primary focus.
While it's possible that at some point this might change, as long as the site continues to beg for money to prop up its 'Facebook but with 100% more obnoxious assholes' concept, it won't.
