I am the founder of Ingenuity Professional Services, Inc., which is a consulting firm specializing in IT Service Management, specifically surrounding BMC Remedy Action Request System based products.
I also am the Director of Product Development at TabTonic, responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and sometimes developing products that augment the Remedy Action Request System.
I've been operating MediaWiki wiki's for many years.
