Note: The intention of this article is to focus on the restaurant "Lexington Barbecue" also known as "Honey Monk's" to locals not the barbecue style Lexington barbecue named after the Lexington, North Carolina area or the Lexington Barbecue Festival which also takes place in Lexington. This of course makes the search for sources using conventional filters very difficult. I'm currently in the source gathering stage, any help in adding more sources I should use would be appreciated.
