Hi. I need to get up to speed on the tags anyway, so I won't spend long with this. 31 years from The Netherlands, work for the government and very eager learner on anything computer software related. Been programming for about, on and off, maybe 7 years but didn't do much in the beginning besides a little VBA behind MS Access. Then learned myself C# and now I know a lot more in general about computer systems, tracking suspected malware on my system, started with virtual machine's and Linux about 9 weeks ago. Have two VPS, both compiling my own software and organizing while I discover the beautiful digital world. Investing major effort in productivity tools and becomming a even better all-round IT-guy. Nowadays I read a lot more code, can write quite a bit here and there (C#, VB, PHP, Python, Perl, Tex, Lisp etc) but not yet mastered C/C++. Finally I'd like to be able to write assembler I guess but I have the time :) It's the journey that matters just as much if not all.
Gonna launch a website for a craft of mine, part will be a wiki. The intention is to reference our collection of books so I'm looking at the BibTex extension for MediaWiki and any other possible extensions that would be needed.
