The audience of this article would be those interested in or researching Ancient Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as Illyrian archaeological sites and structures. In addition to students of various schooling levels from secondary to post-graduate, experts in the subject who are curious to see what information Wikipedia has and how it has been updated in the past ten years are viable audience candidates for this article. The article's purpose is to establish what Desilo is, what makes it notable, what specific items were found, and what interpretations and conversations are surrounding it. The article is completely taken from a ScienceDaily article. The ScienceDaily article is a great source with a lot of good information, but in order to fulfill the Wikipedia article's purpose, as well as follow Wikipedia guidelines, the article needs to be restructured and rewritten. Emphasis will be on using the DailyScience article as a source/reference rather than copying information, and creating an encyclopedic article with a neutral tone. The original creator of this page is still active on Wikipedia, so I am going to reach out to them and see what their opinions and/or insights are on this editorial process.

The audience of this article seems as though it would predominantly be students doing research about this specific event, labor disputes and strikes in the U.S. in the early 20th century, the history of the Actors Equity Association, and/or the history of the American Federation of Labor. This event does not seem to be an incredibly well-known event, so unless readers are historians that specialize in one of these fields or work in similar professions, readers are likely unfamiliar with this event. The article fulfills its purpose of providing an overview of the 1919 Actors' Equity Association strike, but it also provides a general overview about the Actors' Equity Association itself. This article could be improved by reorganization of its content, both more broadly with strike information vs. surrounding history, as well as the titles of and content within particular headings. The article also needs to be rewritten in a neutral, encyclopedic tone.
Since the article was published in 2013 only minor edits have occurred, and it appears that the article's creator is no longer active on Wikipedia. The most recent was done in January of 2018, and this editor is a very active Wikipedia with whom interaction could be very beneficial.
The article itself doesn't seem connected to any WikiProject, but through the categories section at the bottom of the article, I have found Wikipedia:WikiProject Organized Labour that has good articles I can look at for reference.
It seems as though one of the big challenges with this article is that many of the sources are books, which makes it hard for me to easily look at them.
