I am a postdoc interested in solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance of messy biological materials, including collagen-containing extracellular matrix and bacterial cell wall.
Why? It combines all my favourite things: chemistry (especially quantum mechanics); computing; biology (especially physiology), even roughly in that order.
